"Let me start by saying all I was looking for was a good bike at a good price.I found the bike I was looking for on ebay,I did not know that it was a dealership that was selling the bike at first.I was surprised that the questions I had were answered right away and even the calls I made responded too in a timely response.Long story short,I was the high bidder and got the bike.Drove 235 miles one way to get the bike,expecting just to hand over the cash and throw the bike in the truck.What I didn't expect was a tour of the facility,Met everyone in the place,Excellent crew by the way.The facility is outstanding,Very clean,very professional.They even gave me a demo on the bike.I hate driving,however this place made the journey worth the trip.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or for service. ""House" needs to change their slogan from "it's all about the ride" to "it's all about the customer". In an age where customer service has gone by the way side, the management, sales and service folks at House know how to treat and take care of a customer. I had been away from riding for about 20 years and when I went to SD House to look at bikes, the salesmen, Paul took the time to ask me the right questions. He spent the extra time to ask me about my riding background, what I would be using the bike for, what I expected from the bike and the dealer and just about me. Without up selling, Paul fit me to the bike I needed, wanted and could afford. The service department is open and helpful. They have a clean shop, which translates to they take care of their "house" (pun intended) so they will take care of your ride. The entire staff is courteous, friendly and nice to be around. You can buy a bike in several places in San Diego, but if you want a bike with a dealer you can trust to take care of not just your ride, but YOU too, go to San Diego HOUSE OF MOTORCYCLES. "I dropped by your business to check out some used bikes and get an idea of what bike I really wanted to purchase. Your sales consultants Ray Bilbrey and Mike Gardner were great! They allowed me to test ride a couple of your used bikes and introduced me to a great bike. They had me sold on a new SV650 and made me an excellent offer I planned on accepting. It was still a little more then I wanted to spend, but is was an excellent price for a new bike. While I was lining up my financing (Got a rate of 6.49% at Addison Avenue!)I ran across a slightly used bike for $2000 less. The bike only had 3700 miles and was in new condition, I just couldn't pass up. Still I feel really bad I didn't buy a bike from you, you did earn my business. I'll definately go to you for my next new bike and refer people to your great service. Again I want to thank Ray and Mike for their excellent service and expertise. They are as asset to your company and deserve to be reconized for their work. "

"My compliments on your excellent customer oriented staff. I purchased a scooter from Doug Wiley a couple years ago & it was very professionally handled. I since sold it & came in yesterday with a problem on my new bike purchased from a private party. Tony & Brad in the service department listened to my dilema & said they could help me & not to worry as it wasn't as big a deal as I was making it out to be. Brought it in for service & they took care of me right away & didn't even charge for the frozen oil drain bolt fix I was fretting about!. The parts guy, Henry, got me exactly what I needed, and the cashier Ellie was so nice and courteous (and cute) - - my worries were over and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg as your competition had advised it might! "Shortly after moving to San Diego I needed new tires on my bike. After contacting several shops in the area without finding the right size I called the House of Motorcycles. You had the tires I needed, they were on sale and they could be mounted on Saturday while I waited. The work was performed professionally and my bike was ready at the time promised. Since I was treated as a valued customer by your service department, when it was time to trade my bike in for a new Goldwing the House of Motorcycles was my first stop. I was fortunate enough to have been met by Doug Wiley. Again I was treated as a valued customer. Doug listened to what I wanted. He didn’t try to sell me anything, he listened to hear what I wanted and answered my questions. It was obvious that his goal was to meet my needs, not his. The only 07 Goldwing available was just out of the crate and being dealer prepped. He took my wife and I out to the set up area to see it and even had my wife climb aboard to see how it felt. We pretty much decided on what equipment level we wanted that day, but wanted to see the colors in person before making a final decision. I told Doug that after we saw the 07 colors in person we would come back and give him the opportunity to sell us one. Doug actually found what dealers in the area had 07 Goldwings so that I could go see them in person. We spent a Saturday visiting dealers looking at the 07 colors. We decided on orange and called Doug that late that afternoon. Although the next day, Sunday, was his day off he met us at the House of Motorcycles to work out the details. Doug made the experience a pleasure. I never felt that he was being anything but 100% honest and upfront. We quickly came to an agreement that satisfied us both. We traded in our Kawasaki Voyager and bought the new Goldwing that day. It took a while for the new Goldwing to arrive, but Doug kept me informed the whole time. It finally arrived on a Saturday while I was out of town. We arranged for it to be delivered the next Saturday morning. Everything was ready when I arrived. The bike was clean and ready to go. Doug went over the controls and features with us and made sure we were comfortable with the new bike. We rode off as very satisfied customers. Later that day I discovered that I still had a spare key from my Kawasaki in my pocket. I dropped by the showroom to give it to Doug. When I asked for him I was told he wasn’t in as it was his day off. That’s when I realized he had come in on his day off again. Thanks Doug from the way you treated us I would not have known you were sacrificing your family time just so that we were comfortable with our new ride. It was a pleasure doing business with Doug Wiley and the San Diego House of Motorcycles. "

"I came in for an inspection on a recent used bike purchase and the service staff was EXTREMELY helpful and explained everything that was needed. There was nothing that I didn't expect to be fixed and the labor price was right in line with other shops. They even took the time to speak with me after I left about a comment on the inspection sheet that I missed while in the shop.
